Greek Salad


  • 4 ounces Greenland Feta cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive.
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 Bartlett pears cored and sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives, drained


  • In medium bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, salt and oregano. Add the pears and gently mix the dressing to cover the pear but not break it into pieces.
  • In salad bowl, combine the cucumber, tomato, olives and the Greenland Feta cheese. Mix gently to combine. Spoon the pears out of the dressing and arrange them on the top of the salad. Pour the remaining dressing over the top of the salad. Can be served immediately.
