Cheddar Croissants |

Ingredients:
- 8 slices of Greenland Cheddar cheese
- 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
- 1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 large croissants cut lengthwise into halves
- 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter, softened
Instructions:
- Combine pie filling, cranberries and cinnamon in bowl. Spread filling on bottom half of each croissant. Top each with 2 slices of Greenland Cheddar cheese and cover with croissant top.
Brush top and bottom with butter. Grill in skillet over medium to medium-low heat until filling is hot and croissants are golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
